I’m taking a whack at restoring it with Photoshop, something at which I have little experience. My background is in making ridiculous pics of my buddies so this will be something new.

What is Six Sigma or why should anyone care, you ask? Uh, hmm. Let’s see what Wikipedia says. Lots of statistics and other kinds of math at which I’ve always sucked, plus there’s a certification test. A four hour certification test. I don’t have the attention span to figure out a Tim Horton’s drive through menu let alone sit for a four hour test. Yikes.

Good thing I’m not in a buying position, though. I wouldn’t know which of these beauties to purchase. The 13” Macbook Pro is back for the first time since they still called them powerbooks starting at a “low” price. The 13 & 15 have an SD card slot instead of the express card that the 17 incher sports. As my AT&T 3G card is an express if I had to buy today it would have to be the most expensive model... again.

Oh, glorious excercise...

Anyway, I’d been planning to do the very thing for the last two springs thinking it would be a good time to take pictures of their flowering trees but never got around to it. As it turns out they don’t have shit for flowering trees or flowering flowers for that matter. At least not at the moment.

It was actually a good midday to take pictures (overcast so there aren’t any hard shadows) of anything except the sky. I did a quick number on this one in Photoshop and it turned out so hideous and unnatural that I like it. There might even be an HDR type movement in it. I’ll just need a snappy initialism. SPJ Shitty Photoshop Job, FUS Fucked Up Skies... I’ll keep working on it.
